Ingredients & Baking Directions

GENERAL DIRECTIONS

Rolls are easiest to slice when still partially frozen, then thaw the rest of the way after placing them on cookie sheets.

Containers of dough should be completely thawed, then scooped and dropped onto cookie sheets.

Chocolate Chip

Ingredients:

flour
margarine
brown sugar
sugar
eggs
chocolate chips
vanilla
baking soda
salt

Baking Directions:

Bake at 350 F for 9-11 minutes.

Double Chocolate Chip

Ingredients:

flour
margarine
sugar
eggs
chocolate chips
white chocolate chips
vanilla
baking soda
salt

Baking Directions:

Slice 8-10 mm (1/4") thick. Bake at 350 F for 9-11 minutes; cookies will look not quite baked when done.

SPECULAAS

Ingredients:           

flour
margarine
brown sugar
sugar
speculaas spice
milk
baking soda
salt

Baking Directions:

For crispy speculaas slice 8-10 mm (1/4")   thick. These cookies spread more than most cookies, so give them space. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes.

OR spread dough in baking pan, bake and cut into squares.  

SHORTBREAD

Ingredients    

flour
margarine
butter
sugar
almond extract
baking powder
salt

Baking Directions:

Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes.

Cut-Out Cookies Instructions

Roll out the Shortbreaddough 1/4 " thick. The less flour for rolling the better for these cookies.

Once the cookies are cut and on the cookie sheet, put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to chill again before baking. This helps them hold their shape well. After baking, let cool on the cookie sheets.


Oatmeal Raisin

Ingredients:

oatmeal
margarine
brown sugar
sugar
raisins
eggs
baking soda
baking powder

Baking Directions:

Bake at 350 F for 9-10 minutes.

nutmeg
cloves
white pepper
ginger
